Return/Refund Policy & Shipping

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing within three days of receiving your item. In order to qualify for a exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the item back. We will inspect the hair and if it qualifies for an exchange or store credit you will receive notification by email. If it doesn’t qualify for store credit or exchange you will need to pay shipping to have the item sent back to you. All returned items must be unopened, in original packaging and original condition. There will be no returns after 10 calendar days of receipt. No exchanges or store credit will be made for orders with purchase of 5 or more bundles.
Before we ship packages each item is inspected individually to verify our high standards of quality. Therefore there will be NO refunds for your Caliber Hair purchase whether you ordered on the website, in person, in store (Our Essence Beauty Supply) or whether you were sent a personal invoice. We individually inspect every product to assure you are receiving quality product and hope that you love our hair as much as we do.
Please note Caliberhair.com prides itself on fast shipping and most orders will be shipped the next business day; all other orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
Please allow three to four business days for processing items ordered Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm PST. Please allow four to five business days for processing for items ordered on Saturday and Sunday. Please allow 10 days processing for international orders.
As your personal hair source it is important that we inspect the quality of all Caliber Hair items before they are shipped to you in order to ensure you are receiving the correct order and that your hair meets our standards..
Once your order has finished processing and is shipped you will receive tracking information by email. If your shipment is unable to be delivered to your address and is returned to us for any specified reason Caliberhair will notify you once your hair has been returned to us. It is our policy that a re-attempt to deliver to you will be made. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for re-shipping and an invoice will be sent to you before re-shipping the hair. There are no refunds for refusing to except shipments.
For the security and safety of our customers your billing address must match your shipping address. If it does not match you will be notified of your order cancellation by email and a refund will be rendered to the original payment method. If you absolutely need to have your hair shipped to a different address please contact us in writing so that extra security measures can be issued before shipment (you will need to provide a picture of your photo ID) or order will be cancelled.
Caliber Hair Imports or it's affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen packages/parcel. We require signatures upon delivery of each package.
Please note that since our hair is 100% human hair it may not look exactly like the picture due to unique differences, we do our best to do a seamless matching system.
